When will I receive my Rewards points?
Your Rewards points will be credited to your account immediately. You can check your Rewards points balance at any time in your customer account.
How long are my Rewards points valid?
Your Rewards points do not expire.
However: If you delete your customer account, your participation in the SEEKHEART Rewards Program will also be terminated and any remaining Rewards points will no longer be redeemable.
Can discount codes be applied to all items in the store?
You can apply discount codes to all products in the store, excluding products that are already discounted and fixed-price products.
Each discount code has a minimum order value:
£ 5 off your purchase – minimum order value: £ 50.00
£ 10 off your purchase – minimum order value: £ 80.00
£ 15 off your purchase – minimum order value: £ 100.00
£ 20 off your purchase – minimum order value: £ 150.00
Are there any restrictions on redeeming discount codes?
One discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be redeemed with other discount codes.
Discount codes are non-refundable and have a minimum order value.
What if my points are lost?
