Country of Delivery

Seekheart has its own warehouses in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Germany, so you can place an order in the UK, the US, and some countries of the EU, including Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Sweden, and so on.

* If there are any shipping restrictions, or we are unable to ship this toy to your country, you will not be able to checkout and pay for the toy.

 

Delivery Option (UK only)

Seekheart does not support specifying the shipping method at present. Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail by default. The following exceptions apply:

Evri can be supported. Please contact us to amend the carrier before the order is sent

- All large, heavy, and bulky toys will be sent via Yodel or XDP 

Order Processed Time

In case the toy is in stock,  from Monday to Friday, your orders are usually shipped within 24H-48H of receiving. It will be delivered within 2-3 business days. If you place an order on weekends, it will be shipped next Monday.

* If your order is in "Pending" status for over 72 hours, your order may not ship on time. Please contact us (Email: service@seekheart.co.uk) to learn more details.

Collect & Post Office

Seekheart accepts the local collection points service. You can fill in the corresponding local collection point address of Royal Mail when placing an order. The following exceptions apply:

-  Address for Evri Parcel shop, please contact us to amend the carrier before the order is sent

-  Locker delivery cannot be supported

1. How can I track my orders?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link that you can click to track your order.  (The prerequisite is that your email address is valid)

Also, Log into your account and find the tracking information on the "Order Details" page.

 

2. How to change my delivered address?

As soon as you realize that your delivered address is wrong, please contact us (Email: service@seekheart.co.uk) immediately! We will help you change your delivered address before dispatch.

Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the order has been dispatched.

 

3. Is my package discreet?

Of course! Your privacy is extremely important to us. We promise to ship any of your orders in 100% discreet packaging without toy name or "Seekheart" marks and enable you to shop with Seekheart in complete confidence.

4. What if I'm out when my order arrives? 

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave the package. If they are unable to leave the package in a safe place, you will either receive an email explaining the next steps or you will receive a card through the letterbox.

If your package is sent to a local collection point, it will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email if applicable) and a photo ID registered to your delivery address with you when you collect your order in person.
