Shipping & Warehouse

1. US Address: Shipping from the California or New Jersey warehouse depending on inventory and delivery address. The carrier uses USPS or UPS by default (cannot be specified).

2. UK Address: Shipping from the local warehouse. The carrier uses Royal Mail (for small parcels) by default and Yodel or XDP (for big parcels)by default (cannot be specified).

3. The French and German warehouses primarily serve local customers (some of the products).

4. The China warehouse is primarily used for emergency out-of-stock shipments.

 

Discreet Packaging

We will provide you with discreet packaging in different sizes and types depending on the item you have purchased.

Neither "Seekheart" nor our logo will appear anywhere on the outside of the package. Of course, there will be no mention of the nature of the contents.

The only things on the package are the shipping labels and other logistics stickers.

 

Without any sex words on it

There are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a courier sticker depending on the service used.
