Product Warranty
All purchases come with our 180-day product warranty. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us within this period.
Cancel the order
1. If you want to cancel the order, you can open the cancellation request on the order page. Or, please contact customer service in time (at least within 24 hours). Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled (except for refusing the package).
2. You have the right to return an unopened product in its original packaging within 180 days for any reason. (Return shipping costs are at your expense)
3. You have the right to request a free replacement if there is a quality problem with the product within 180 days.
Returns policy
Return Deadline
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us.
Return Conditions
To meet the return criteria, the product must meet the following requirements:
a) Unopened, unused, and undamaged;
b) Packaging and labels intact.
Return Process
a) Contact Us: If you need to return an item, please email us.
b) Provide Photos: We will guide you to provide photos of the unopened package.
c) Mail the Item: Once we confirm that the item meets the return criteria, you will receive the return address information. Please mail the item back and provide the tracking number to us.
d) Refund Time: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. We will process your refund once we confirm that the item is in good condition.
What is the reason for the return?
Changed my mind / doesn't fit
a) Sealed packaging
You can return the products to us by following the return process.
b) Unsealed packaging
Return requests cannot be supported. If your item has been opened, please contact us and let us know the details.
Item is faulty / damaged
Please note: we may not always require you to return your faulty/damaged item, so please do not send this back to us until you have communicated with us.
Notice:
a) If the return is not caused by product quality problems, the return fee will be borne by you.
b) If the returned package is lost in transit, you need to contact the carrier to apply for a claim.
Refund Methods
a) Replacement: If you require the same product or wish to exchange for items of equal value, we will arrange this for you.
b) Original Payment Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
